Karen: Yeah. You people never sent me my shipping confirmation and i don’t have my tracking so can you tell me when my package will be here? I’m so tired of wasting my time calling your company!

Me: Of course, I’m so sorry you didn’t get that email, can you verify this info for me?

Karen: gives info, I look at her account and can see she ordered the 22nd, for arrival on the 24th. Cue the eye roll.

Me: Okay Karen, it looks like it is going to arrive tomorrow.

Karen: You’re wrong. And I am so sick of calling you guys. I just want to know when my package will be here, and I can’t track it myself!

Me: Well, I can give you the tracking number if you want so you don’t have to call back?
