How do I install Telegram on my persistent storage on tails?

Title says it all, can anyone guide me through the step by step process?
EDIT:- Should've mentioned, I use a VM on windows to run tails and I apparently can not have a persistent storage on a VM with VirtualBox. Yes I know that is a bad idea but it is the only option I have so can anyone help me?
