Does the Harvey’s hotel have free parking for hotel guests?

Hello everyone,
I will be going to Tahoe for the first time next weekend and am so excited! I just booked at the Harvey’s and saw some people say they charge for parking but am unsure if that’s for hotel guests as well. Does anyone know? It looks like the policy was changed in 2018. Thank you!
