Not getting heating on my Vaillant EcoTec Pro 28 with Tado

Hi,

I have recently bought and installed a Tado Starter Kit Wireless Smart Thermostat V3 to a Vaillant EcoTec Pro 28, to replace my Nest Thermostat I previous had connected to my boiler.

The installation seem to go without a hitch, but I am unable to turn the heating on.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
