Plate carrier Recommendations?

I am looking for a slick, very basic plate carrier recommendations, preferably sold without cumberbunds.

I have an RE Factor Advanced Slickster and Crye Dual band Cumberbunds and a Helikon-Tex Guardian chest rig. Which is all well and great and a solid setup, except I wear a large and the carrier is a medium. 🫠😑

For a new RE Factor Slickster, it's $335. I don't have that change just laying around. For the original slickster from Ferro Concepts is only $130 for JUST the base, but I don't see a way to replace the shitty elastic cumberbunds on it with my really nice Crye cumberbunds.

What are your recommendations for this then? I'm on a budget and really can't afford anything more then $150. Thoughts?
