Wussup y’all, I’m in the military and got my hands on a pair of real nice peltor comm headsets. I’ve never needed or learned to actually use headsets for radio comms. I want to get a nice radio to use for backcountry hunting and shed hunting with my buddy’s. So we can split and cover more ground. Any good suggestions for first radio I.e baofeng or shouod I go with a PRC 125 or something simpler. Not looking for a crazy price tag but willing to shell out reasonably for something that will last in rough back country/ high country conditions and weather. TIA
