Question about comms

So I’m trying to get a budget comms setup and for the life of me can’t get it to work. I’m using walker razors as my ear pro with a mic attachment from TSVISIONCORE that also came with a ken wood PTT adapter. For the radio it’s a Midland 75-822. Any of you fine gentlemen got advice or helpful tips? Oh and by not working I mean I am getting no audio into the walkers and I’m also not transmitting.
