KB weights for SE?
Post Body

For a kettlebell SE circuit, I've been using lighter weights (and half reps, per TBII) for one-armed exercises. So for the renegade rows, for example, I've been dropping to 12kg bells and doing half reps. For two-handed exercises (swings, goblet squats) I go up to a 20kg bell. Is that correct? Or should I try to one-hand a 20kg bell for the rows and floor presses?
