I have five weeks off work and am devoting a large portion of it to training: I am running Specificity B during the whole five weeks (then going to run 531 when I return to work).

I have a decent muscular build as it is, but do you think five weeks of Spec B ( correct nutrition) could have me looking more muscular/thicker when I return to work, or is that to short a time to have a noticeable change?

Yes, I am being "that guy" - my uniform is somewhat tight on me now but I want it to be bursting at the seams when I go back. 😂
