Post Body

Fast 5 from TB 2 specifies a 5K/3 mile run, with the advanced version going to 4-5 miles. I'm looking to improve my 5 mile time and 2 mile time. My current 5 mile is a 38:44, and my current 2 mile is a 13:55.

My goals right now are a sub-35 5 mile and a sub-13 2 mile. In addition to a 5 mile Fast 5, I also run 600 meter repeats. Would it be beneficial to me to run distances further than 5 miles at a fast pace, such as 6 or 7, or would it be better to stick to a 5 mile Fast 5, and do some other workout to get faster?
