I've used Tactical Barbell to great effect, and I've gotten my father on board. Problem is, he keeps getting plantar fasciitis, and it sets him back months while it heals. He's been to doctors and gotten new shoes, and while it helps, it seems he has to progress very slowly to avoid injuring himself.
What are some ways he can structure a program without injuring himself? He tried Capacity, but ended up developing said plantar fasciitis. How can he train without hurting himself, and still make progress? His goals right now are to run 6 miles in 60 minutes or less, and ruck 12 miles in 4 hours or less with 35 lbs.
