Different Approach to Weekly TB Sets and Reps for Busy Individuals. Thoughts?

Post Body

I see a few posts every so often on here about not being able to complete the full workout's sets and reps, etc. I too, occasionally, have had days where something has happened and I haven't been able to complete all my sets and reps for that particular workout.

Several months ago, I remember reading about an approach by Pavel Tsatsouline about assigning a rep target for a week or a month, and completing them over the course of the week or the month unequally.

I wondered if this same method could be applied to each week of the TB Strength program. For example if you are on Week 1 of Operator, you have three days of strength work consisting of 5x5 at 70% 1RM, for each exercise. Taking Pavel's approach, you would total the reps which would be 75 reps, per exercise, in Week 1. You then might do 2x5 on Day 1 (you're busy), 8x5 on Day 3 (you have heaps of time), and then 5x5 on Day 5, or whatever combination you do, but the point is to make sure you complete the whole 75 reps of each exercise in that one week.

What are your thoughts about this approach?
