So I am on the recovering end of a virus which sidelined me significantly for over a week (thanks to children in childcare and bringing it home to Dad!) I restarted my OMS cycle from Operator and while I took my time doing the strength workout, I still felt exhausted.
So I figured how bad would it be if I did the first few weeks of Operator, only doing the three strength days each week, and replace the three conditioning days with mild activity or mild LISS?
How much do you think my overall conditioning would suffer if I only did strength and mild LISS for a few weeks?
