So I am back to my second full cycle of OMS (6w6w3w). As such, I am back on Operator. I do not have access to a Squat Rack, so I do Zercher Squats instead off my Bench Press Rack. My Zercher Squats are weaker, and in the first cycle of OMS, I couldn't adequately progress my Zercher Squats from 70% to 75% to 80% each week.
That being said, I was wondering if it would be productive if I do the same weight for Zerchers for three weeks at 70% and then up to 75% from Week 4-6, etc? Meaning, while the Bench Press and the WPU/DLs go up 5% each week for three weeks, could I keep the Zerchers the same weight for three weeks before increasing? I am basing this idea off Pavel Tsatsouline's Step-Loading.
