Question About Block Programming

In TB Mass, it outlines the General Mass training as 65% in the first week, I think 70% the next, and 80% the third week. In the OMS programming, it says you can do 3-6 weeks of Mass. If I did six weeks, would I do the 65-70-80% as above for the first three weeks, then run it again the same in the second three weeks?
