Hot or cold cheese

I ordered nacho fries x2 last night. They were perfect……..thank you TB on highway 6.
I ate one order and the nacho cheese tasted good. Then ate the second but by then the cup of nacho cheese had cooled. And I feel the cheese had more flavor than when hot.
Anybody else experience this?
