Hey all,
I teach online courses and create e-learning videos. Mostly this involves me recording my screen, presenting in PowerPoint or doing demonstrations on my PC (Windows 10).
I want to get a second monitor for all my screen sharing and screen recording. And it requires pen input so I can draw notes and write on my screen as I'm teaching.
I've considered getting a Waicom Display to use as a second monitor, but they are really expensive, bulky, and I don't need that much "graphic artist" technology.
I also occasionally travel, so could use something a bit more portable. Which is what has brought me to tablets.
And of course the occasional use on it's own to consume media or read PDFs would be useful.
Does anyone have a tablet recommendation that meets these needs:
- "Second Screen" type ability (minimal latency, preferably physical connection is fine, wifi is good too... bluetooth might be too laggy).
- Pen input
- 16:9 or 16:10 resolution (1920x1080/1200 is fine)
- USB-C charging
The Samsung Tab S7 seems to fit the bill, but those are really pricey. And for what I need, I'm sure I could get by with a tablet a few years older (read: less expensive).
Any thoughts?
