I'm digging through reviews left and right. I'd prefer to stick to Android or Windows since I'm not an Apple fan and the Apple Pencil has terrible functionality (no eraser, bluetooth drains battery)

Samsung Galaxy S2 seems okay - but if you compare the CPU/Memory/HD stats against the Surface, it doesn't even come close - but it also doesn't have to run the monolith that it is Windows 10. Also - if I were to get a Surface, the pen for the 4 is so much better than the 3, it seems like a shame. Also, in reading reviews - the 4 GB Memory Surface is a letdown when compared against 8 GB. - But then there we are, back up to over a grand.

So - What is the best pen/stylus option for around $500 or under? 10" Prefered
