Me and 2 of my friends have recently started playing boardgames fairly frequently with TTS. We love trying new games but also love playing the ones that we like. With only 3 of us it is tough to get all of our schedules lined up so we can actually play each week.
I am more invested then they are into playing boardgames and i've just really been obsessed to trying new ones / playing good ones. But my other 2 friends are not always available. I'd love to add new players to our group so we can potentially play more frequently and play games that are best suited for more players. Not all games work well with 3 players.
This is a doc sheet i made that shows you an idea of what i want to play, what we have played and what we havn't played. LINK
Feel free to leave comments for suggestions for games or if you want to join.
During the week we normally play from 8:00 PM - 10:30 PM EST. If we can play. During the weekend is a bit more flexible. Usually we only play for 1-3 hours. But i am not opposed to playing lengthier games.
Rules we can implement for co-op boardgames to make it more interesting / enjoyable for everyone 1. Only the person whose turn it is may touch the board pieces. This prevents people from forcing players to pay attention to what they think is important and it also forces the person to be involved in the while game. 2. You may only give advice if the active player asks for it. You may not talk out of turn and force players to do your bidding, it you may help if they value your advice. 3(optional). Egg timer. Every player gets X amount of time for their turn. This keeps the game moving and disables a lot of the arguing back and forth over what is the right move.(edited)
