Advice on what tabletop system to use for a campaing idea

Hey everyone! I'm looking to get together a campaign based on the Control setting from Remedy. I know Pathfinder would not exactly fit smoothly so I was hoping to get some ideas on other systems to use to make it work. I'm looking to give the players similar abilities to the game (floating, telekinesis, etc) and implementing Objects of Power and Altered Items.
Any tips would be much appreciated!
