Should I do exercises (jogging, lifting, etc.) if I want to improve in table tennis? If yes, then what specific exercises?

Post Body

I am somehow experienced in table tennis but also somehow getting started. I've played for almost 3 years but the opponents I had were my friends, they were also the ones who taught me. Also, I play when I feel like it and when I have time, so I don't constantly play. I have recently joined a club that does legit training though I am kind of behind. I learned that there were many mistakes in how I play. I get easily tired probably because I don't exercise. I really want to get better at table tennis so I can join the advanced team in my club (and to beat the people who are better than me). If you'd suggest me some exercises to do please keep in mind that I don't go to the gym (but I am kind of planning to), and that I don't have any equipments to use for some exercises.
