For every account, calculate an average change in order channel volume 1 yr. pre and 1 yr. post event?

This ‘event’ is when an account gained a new order channel. I’ll refer to it as their go-live. I want to calculate the decline in order volume in one channel after this new channel came online.
Caveat: There are many accounts, each with their own go-live date.
Is it possible to derive one average from all the account averages?
