Website find: spinning neo magnet against head, the "Mind Orbit"

In early 2000s someone was selling a mind-device which spun a big neo magnet against your cranium at a few tens of Hz. Later he had a DIY project on his page. Anyone familiar?

No, I've never dared experiment with any of the above. Well, I did briefly stick a 1" neo magnet to the side of a hand drill chuck, and spin it at about 7Hz. No obvious result.
