I'm going to be trying tDCS with a goal of improving performance linking textual learning to practice. For example, reading instructions on how to build a dog house, then actually building one. Or more abstractly, like reading about general construction techniques, then building a dog house.
Is there a guide or form or would someone like to comment on constructing this with something that resembles scientific method?
I'd like to measure my baseline performance before starting, then do a 5 day 20 minute 1.5 mh (1st time :) ) round using [insert electrode placement here], then continue to measure performance over several weeks.
