You will be part of a team responsible for developing, facilitating, and managing Digital Workplace collaboration and automation, with a focus on Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian, and Slack. This smaller team is part of the larger DevOps team. Our mission is to give every user the best possible user experience from the moment they open their device.

Required:

• 3 years of SaaS management experience
• Scripting ability
• Self-motivated and always learning
• Strong oral and written communications with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of security concepts for the modern workplace

Nice to have:

• Experience with productivity tools such as the Atlassian suite, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Experience in integrating SaaS applications and developing automated workflows in an iPaaS solution
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, and are comfortable defining, publishing, and integrating with systems via APIs and asynchronous data exchange
• Understanding of ITIL framework
• Understanding of DevOps concepts
• Experience working with Serverless Technologies
• Experience architecting end to end collaboration and productivity solutions
• Experience deploying, administering, and supporting and migrating between SaaS applications and platforms in an enterprise environment
• Experience working with identity and access management including unified profiles and role based access control
• Understanding of email infrastructure, mail transfer protocols, mail access protocols, email security, spam, phishing and virus protection, SPF, DMARC, and DKIM
• Experience in endpoint management
• Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Slack/Google Workspace/Atlassian certs would be nice
• Relevant IT industry certifications (Okta, GCP, ITIL, Security , etc.) preferred
