Hi Fellow Admins,

I have recently been helping out the Sharepoint team (One person) with support as she is very busy, I know very little as i have not dealt with it before, so i am learning as i go along. So here is the skinny of it. Like most large businesses we have 3 environments, Prod, Dev and UAT. In Dev no one can currently UNC into a sharepoint site to view the files. So \\[SharepointServer]\sites\"Site". It prompts for credentials and no matter how many times you put them in, it just keeps prompting for them.

1. UAT and Prod work fine, you can UNC directly into the site with no creds needed.
2. I have made sure WebDAV is enabled on the Dev server.
3. I have exported the local firewall policy from UAT and placed it in Dev.

Does anyone have anything to add? I will be placing a support ticket in with MS as well and will update this if i get it solved.

Edit** As someone has mentioned, this is currently an On-Prem Set up.
