Outside company updated website, they use a mailto link with my email address by mistake. How long should I go before I get nasty with them about it?

Post Body

So I started getting random emails about scheduling parties at a venue. I am like "WTF, why am I getting these". I did a bit of research and realized that a company I have no affiliation with, updated their WIX site and their request an event button is a mailto with my email address. They have the domain incorrect in the address, so I am getting these emails. The domains are similar, such as theirs being bartomagicvenue.com vs mine being bartomagic.com(These aren't really them). It's not a ton, but it's still annoying me. I'm being nice and replying to the sender that the company has the wrong email etc., and I also CC the correct email. I sent an email to their marketing team as well as messaged on Facebook. Facebook replied within a few hours and said it would be fixed ASAP. It's been just a bit less than 4 days since they said it would be fixed. I sent a follow up asking when it would be fixed, but I doubt they are even in the office yet since they are on the west coast. I'm sure all the scrapers and spiders are loving that plain text email on the site....

Anyways, how long would you guys wait before getting more serious/nasty with them? Any suggestions on how to get them to move faster to get this fixed? I've thought about reporting it to WIX but I also don't want to end up in some legal BS over them trying to buy my domain for non use or something.
