So all of the senior techs have left my work, I am one of the most senior staff and will be in about 3 months

Before they left our environment wasn't the best but it was well managed and mostly stable. Since they left we've had just about everything go down for hours and the help desk is getting flooded. We don't have specific rolls, so we are spread very thin on everything

On top of this the monkeys we hired to replace them were hired as level 2 and are just so useless at everything they do. I have only been there 5 months more than them but have triple the responsibility

And the business has the audacity to not let us hire, get trained or spend any money to keep them afloat. I'm getting real tired if this
