Solution: Switch between personal PC and Work Laptop

Both run Windows, but ideally looking to use my 4x monitors whether on PC or Laptop. I'm not sure there's a KVM hardware solution to share multiple monitors. I read some people remote into their work laptop. What's the best solution? Thoughts?
