How to sign a UEFI Secure Boot Windows 10 Image?

Not sure if my title is worded right but my organization just got in some Surface Pro's that we would like to image with our reference. With Secure boot off, the Surfaces display an ugly red padlock when booting up and the executives don't want this. Does anybody know where to get started so that I could learn how to sign firmware so that its usable for UEFI Secure Boot?
