So we've had another DIMM failure in one of our DL580 Gen 10s (I've posted about my issues prior). So after spending 2 hours on the phone with HPE support they finally get around to scheduling the engineer to go onsite and replace it. I tell them they can come 10/17 between the hours of 10am and 4pm. That was yesterday.
Today, I get a call from scheduling. They have an issue apparently, because their system only supports 4 hour windows, and I've given them a 6 hour window. So they want to make sure that if they schedule it for between 10am and 2pm it's ok.
