Our HR department at my company is requesting the ability to do screen recording on employees. It has apparently come up several times that there are employees being reported as unproductive and they would like to have evidence to support administrative actions. I could use some recommendations if anyone uses any remote type screen recording software (legitimately).
PS. I disagree with the approach, I think managers should be accountable for their employees and their productivity, but alas this ask has been brought to us.
