Policy ref: dev cutoff from prod
Post Body

Hey dudes,

Help a brotha avoid a lengthy google to confirm what I assume is generally accepted fact?: Dev and Prod Environments shouldn't have cross talk perms/auth. ie why separate service accounts exist

Besides common sense/opinion blogs... anybody have a standard/policy doc? ie. ITIL, NIST, IASE.STIG?

Thanks in advance if so! Trying to answer the office idiot's "where does it say that" while wasting less words/typing
