Help Debugging MDT Deployment Failure

So I'm fairly new to using MDT and have been trying to figure out why my task sequence keeps failing. Here's the error screen.
I've googled the error codes and they're still pretty cryptic.

On the other hand we just got MDT to use multicasting from it's Hyper-V and now our other images are deploying in higher bulk and faster!

Updates
So I found out that my image has been running 1803 and the image that deploys successfully is running 1709.
Both images were made from a MDT deployed "golden image" which just had basic browsers and MS Office/project/visio installed in audit mode.
The image that deploys successfully also has about 20 more pieces of software vs mine that errors out almost instantly on installation.
