Possible bug with OpenSSH? LDAP account won't auth/parse with 'AllowUsers' setting.

xpost from r/ssh I tried to ask where I thought the experts were but it seems to be a rarely visited area.

TL;DR I setup pki certs, no pw. It works with local account and ldap account IF I comment out 'AllowUsers' If I uncomment the local account works but LDAP doesn't. I get a user not found in auth.log. *Debian 8 updated (I've restarted SSH and rebooted over a dozen time while testing)
