What are some Cloud PBX options in Australia?

Hi there,

We're trying to get a replacement for our current phone system. We'd like to use a low-maintenance Cloud PBX instead. We'll be placing and receiving PTSN calls within Australia.

We've looked into Skype for Business which is our current favourite, but unfortunately the PTSN services for it are not available in Australia yet and there's no hard timeline for when they will be.

We're looking into ShoreTel and a few others. Ultimately we just want something reliable, hosted and low-maintenance.

Any thoughts?
