Knowledgebase Software Choices
Post Body
Administering a company of 20 with a small IT staff, with about 40 customers ranging from small to huge. About 5 vendors provide the software we sell solutions with. Looking for a good knowledgebase system when the vendor KBs fail to help. No longer want to use our the ticketing system as a bloated KB.
Thanks for any suggestions!
