I've got an issue in Exchange 2010. My predecessor migrated to Exchange 2010 sometime last year and setup some of the device access policies.

When someone adds email to their phone, I get an email indicting they need to be approved. The link in the email was broke - it was missing the subdomain (I think) for OWA. I figured out how to add the "correct" subdomain but can't seem to get it to work. The page opens up just fine and I can log into OWA without any issues. When I go to approve devices it doesn't seem to function correctly. It'll change to Device

I think my permissions are set properly. I can log into OWA and Manage the organization just fine and approve devices that way but I can't approve devices from the link sent in the email. Has anyone seen this happen before? I've tried Googling but can't seem to find the correct terms to bring up the answer I'm looking for.
