Title says it all pretty much. I have a small demo lab that I use for work inside of VMware workstation. It is setup as a small domain, SQL, Exchange etc.. I need a router I can run as a VM. I have tried PFsense and I am having a lot of issues with it, that are unexplained (see here: http://www.reddit.com/r/PFSENSE/comments/26nk0j/static_ip_being_blocked_by_pfsense/ for example- I marked this as resolved, but its not, and I cant for the life of me figure it out )
So if any of you know of a router software/platform that can run as a VM and that would be awesome.
Also, if you want me to explain the layout I am using in more detail I can.
EDIT:Update: I ended up ditching vmware workstation and going with hyper-v instead (as a role on win 8.1) - also went with a small server install and RRAS setup. Thank you all for the help.
