Good day!
I've got an HP EliteBook x360 830 G7 and I have tried numerous times to get it to download an AutoPilot profile. I have not experienced this issue on any other x360 830 G7s.
When I try uploading the hardware hash and then searching for the device, Intune does not show the device in my list of devices, but when I go to upload the hardware hash again it says it's already uploaded. Here's what I've done to troubleshoot:
- Verified the device meets AutoPilot requirements (TPM 2.0 is on and active)
- Verified the device is connected to the internet
- Uploaded the hardware hash to the portal
- Attempted to manually download the AutoPilot profile from OOBE (Windows Key 5 times)
- Tried system reset
- Tried Windows reinstall numerous times
- Tried removing and re-adding device to my devices several times
It seems that no matter what I do, it's not getting into Autopilot properly. No other devices have had this issue. Any help is certainly appreciated!
Thank you!
