My boss embarrassed herself today, in an all hands meeting, because she didn't know what spoofing was. Our director literally laughed in her face. It was awkward, but she is one of our longest tenured employees, and he refuses to reassign her to a more fitting position. How many of you work in an environment like this? Just curious how common this is?
