Configuring a shared PC that resets on every login.

Currently using a .ppkg to make enable the Shared PC feature, set up the default profile to how it's needed, and that's really it.
Is there a better way to be doing this, though? It'd be nice if I could configure the name and picture for the Guest account, but so far I don't see how the hell I can do that at all. Unless by enabling and configuring it first, it'll automatically have set that?
