I need to create one CA signed cert containing multiple DC and proxy SANs, how do I best automate the installation?

I have a cert containing about 40 SANs for all DC's, proxies and a few other things. I would rather not manually install these on each server that needs them, what is the best way to automate the installation of this cert on multiple servers? Im thinking a GPO could handle this.
