Have there been any Updates on the Reported US Airstrikes Last Night?

There were a couple posts in here making comments about supposed United States Airstrikes in the region around Deir Ez-Zor, and that the plane was fired upon in retaliation. It's been 16 hours since then and I have not seen any updates with regards to this. I feel like a US Plane getting shot at and airstrikes would have gotten a lot more coverage.
Is it just info being slow to come out about this, or is there a better chance that these reports were not credible and so no attacks actually happened?
