[Question] How would Clinton's Syria policy differ from Obama?

Post Body

The popular consensus seems to be that Clinton will adopt a more hawkish foreign policy on Syria than Obama. This article (credit u/Eliyahu- ) provides some insight into Clinton's views, as well as the views of some of her advisers: http://thehill.com/policy/defense/287479-debate-rages-in-clinton-camp-over-syria-policy

Do you think Clinton's Syria policy will differ from Obama? If yes, how so?

Edit: We may also want to consider the possibility of changes in the UK's foreign policy given the change in PM. Theresa May is a big question mark, but in terms of what she has said and how she has voted, she seems very anti-Assad:

“Bashar al Assad’s forces are committing war crimes on an industrial scale, deliberately targeting civilians and poisoning their own citizens with chemical weapons.”

Edit 2: Boris Johnson was just tapped as the UK's new foreign secretary. Boris Johnson is overtly pro-Assad: http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2015/dec/07/boris-johnson-allies-should-join-assad-and-russia-against-isis
