Tiny cheap synth or drum machine

I've seen calculator sized super basic synths and drum machines (often DIY kits) for around $20. I can't them online now. Anyone know of any? Not talking about $100 Teenage Engineering etc
EDIT: this is not for 'real' music creation, it's for projects assigned to kids. So the budget is the budget, and sound is less important than quirky interest. And yes, I have seen DIY kits around this price, even if you haven't.
