Should I set up "object lock" on Backblaze b2 for use with Hyper Backup?

I'm going to set up Hyper Backup to use Backblaze b2 as the backup destination for my home NAS. When I go to create a new bucket, it asks me if I want to enable "object lock".
Since my Google searches are failing me ... will this work with Hyper Backup and should I enable this?
If I do enable it, what are sensible settings for this lock? Are there any gotchas I should be aware of?
