Help with setting up Synology Virtual Machine Manager with a macOS guest

I'm trying to create a virtual machine in the virtual machine manager running macOS Sierra 10.12, but I'm unable to figure out how.
At first I tried to install the OS from the macOS 10.12 ISO from techsviewer.com, but once it was running, I was completely unable to connect to it.
So then I created a virtual machine in the state that I want in VirtualBox following these instructions.

Then I exported that to an OVA file to import into the Virtual Machine Manager.
But even though it says it is running, I'm unable to connect to it at all from any browser. I just get a "Failed to connect to server" error.
Has anyone successfully setup a macOS guest running in a Synology VM?
