changing raid type without resyncing synology drive

Post Body
I have a DS923 in RAID 5 with 4x8TB HDs. I want to change it from RAID 5 to SHD so I can replace 2 of the drives with different capacity drives. I understand that I would need to erase the entire volume and start over. I can deal with that. But I have about 10TB of folders that are being synced between 3 computers, 2 are offsite.
Is there a way to do this without having to resync the 10TB on all the connected devices?
