HDD Temperature Range

I recently got a DS923 and was curious what temps people are getting from storage manager > hdd/ssd on the dashboard.
I just added my final drive (was running 3 out of 4 before) so it is currently integrating the new drive and could be just working a little harder than normal.
I read the drives I have (Seagate IronWolf NAS CMR drives) are fine up until 50c for sustained usage, but the data sheet says it will be OK up to 65c.
I'll have to see what the temps are when it is done adding the final drive to the pool, but I am seeing temps between 40 and 45c.
Also fan is on quiet mode. I should be fine with those temps though right?
